Our Philosophy

We exist to inform about health, wellness, and Eastern medicine traditions in relatable terms that inspire people to take action over their well-being.

We facilitate healing, providing the information for action and drawing attention to any imbalance whether it be physical or emotional.

We support community and connection. Not just for business, but for life and well-being. As humans, we were designed to live together, enhancing each other.

Testimonials

Tara is not only a wonderful acupuncturist, she is also a highly empathic and thoughtful person. I first visited her when I felt truly off emotionally and physically. Tara took the time to get to know me, listen and help get me back on track with both herbal tea and acupuncture. Her place is also very soothing. The atmosphere feels like one of healing. The decor is simple and the place is spotless, you can truly melt right in and focus on healing. I highly recommend Tara for anyone who wants to feel better in their life.
